transnet enterprise development hub

Programme: Transnet Enterprise Development Hub

Organisation

Transnet in Collaboration with Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA), National Youth Development Agency (NYDA), South African Revenue Services (SARS), Gauteng Enterprise Propeller (GEP), and the BEE Verification Agency (BEEVER).


Type of Support

·         Funding;

·         Business incubation; and

·         Training.


Programme Description

Each of the partners will give support according to their area of specialization, resulting in the Transnet Enterprise Development hub offering business development and support services, procurement advisory services, Tax, PAYE, VAT and other related services, as well as training. Financial support through the Department of Trade and Industry is facilitated by SEDA. BBBEE verification services will also be offered.


Target Market

Black owned SMMEs, with a particular focus on those from identified rural areas, black woman owned, youth owned as well as those that are owned by people living with disabilities.


Application Process

Those interested should complete the application form that is available online and submit it.


Success Stories

This is a pilot project, and these are yet to be realised.
