Programme Description
 
The Tholoana Enterprise Programme supports small business that benefit and / or are owned by women, youth and people living in rural and / or peri-urban areas. Successful candidates become part of a programme that provides comprehensive support to help accelerate their businesses. 
  

Target Market

  • Businesses run by or owned by women, youth and people living in rural and / or peri-urban areas
  • Disabled entrepreneurs are encouraged to apply
  • Businesses working in new / growth sectors,  e.g. export, manufacturing, food processing, water, energy, food processing and waste management, are encouraged to apply
  • Businesses that are black owned and managed
  • Businesses must already be operational (Older than 6 months but not older than 5 years)
  • Businesses operations must be within South Africa
 

Application Process

The applicant must be involved in the day-to-day operations of the business and must have the skills required to run the business.
