Quote:
“Until now, we had never felt able to talk about our business proudly. Now we can for the first time. We would not have been able to do this alone, we have even seen the results in increased referrals from Audi thanks to the change that has taken place. There was no professionalism in our business, from the way that we answer the phones to the way that we deal with the staff. We've now learned to treat our workers professionally and we've seen the benefits of the change this has created. Our staff are now like a family which did not exist before this programme. We are so grateful. "
