Programme: iMbewu Fund - Franchise Finance

Programme Description

Franchising Finance is available in the form of a loan for those who wish to acquire a franchise license. The NEF will exit from the investment in seven years. Funding maximum is R10 million


Target Market

Small businesses with at least 50.1% black ownership. They must have been pre approved by the franchisor before approaching the NEF.

 
Application Process

Applicants must download the application form that is available online and submit it to the email that is given.


Success Stories

 i.            Mr N Naidoo of Mat Kat Trading, which trades as News Café Emperors Palace received funding of R8  811 197.34 to enter into the franchise. The restaurant is one of the best in the country under the franchise.
