Programme Description
Debt, quasi equity and equity finance products are available.
A minimum of R250 000 to a maximum of R10 million with plans to exit after 5 -7 years.
Entrepreneurship Finance- for start up or expansion purposes
Target Market
Small businesses with at least 50.1 % black ownership and management.
Application Process
Applications for funding are to be sent via email to the address given below.
Applicants must provide Five year cash flow projections
Applicants have to be actively involved in the day to day management of the business
They must be prepared to undergo mentorship if gaps are identified at the application stage
Success Stories
i. Broiler farm owner, Mr Sajesh Aungunu received funding of R9 514 750 which was used to develop two broiler houses and the purchase of machinery for his company, Sha Jes Poultry. They have more than doubled their output as a result of this funding, and are looking forward to further growth and to operate at full capacity.
ii. Red Cherry Productions, which specialises in interactive marketing received R5 242 500, which was used to upgrade and equip the facilities where they operate from. The equipment is now compatible with the latest technology.
